A friend of mine has been using piracetam for four days and is loosing hope, he is wondering if it will have any benefits for him.
So to be exact, he has been using it since this monday, he began with an attackdose of aprox. 7 grams, the other three days he has taken aprox. 2 gram every morning, no more, no less.
My guess is that it will take longer time to notice anything, what do you guys say?

Any nootropic should be taken for at least a month. If they are not mentally capable of doing this nootropics are not for them. A normal dose is 4.8-9.6 grams daily.

Question: If the problem is psychological, and/or, as I like to point out, pneumatological, is a somatological solution possible? Maybe, before we take any drastic steps we need to find out what the root of the problems is. Wise people, before taking such steps, usually sort things out to find out what is the best solution and how to apply it.

Don't get me wrong: I believe that certain problems are somatological, or physical. For example, the solution to a bad diet--often the root of depression--is lots of good food.

BTW, mention was made of "losing hope". I think of this as a pneumatological concept . If anyone is dealing with the blues--the problem of depression--take care. For barter, I am willing to talk and help in any way I can.
