Are there any nootropics whose effects are/can be permanent just like the effects of piracetam can be?

Racetams, Centrophenoxine, CDP-Choline, Hydergine to name a few.

maybe this shows my lack of research(although Ive done alot) but how are the racetams like ani and pirace anywhere permenant if they only work for 4 to 8 hrs respectively??? Do they partially work permenantly then after taking them for a few years become permenant or something?
Flex
I am guessing they induce permanent changes from plasticity.

What type of research have you done and what is your background?

The half life of a compound has no bearing on it's long term effects of daily or for some one time use.

When taken for periods of a few months to ideally 6 months the effects can be persistant for several years later.

If you're healthy it's more than safe it would be highly recommended.
