I am just curious I have just began to try some Piracetan in my diet, and noticed very measurable effects on cognitive function / mood / emotion and ability to focus. However I have read on wikipedia (for what it is worth) that oxiracetam is even more potent. But my question is do you guys know what is stronger than even oxiracetam - and what are the side effects of using it?

Aniracetam or Oxiracetam is more potent in some regards. If you are currently benefiting from Piracetam I would continue to do so.
