We (U.S.) gave them business so they could create pollution knowing they would create pollution cause it was getting more difficult to create pollution here and get away with it...

yeah. i agree
pollution is a big problem, however we have to realize that any regulation on business for them will dramatically slow down their growth.
Last priority for them is the environment.
