Now Foods, Adam - 1 of 2 tabs a day
Source Naturals, Acetyl L-Carnitine - 250 mg/day
Source Naturals, R-Lipoic Acid - 50mg/day
Jarrow Formulas, CDP Choline - 250mg/day
Planetary Formulas, Bacopa Monniera Extract - 225 mg/day
Unique Nutrition, L Huperzine-A - 100mcg/day
Unique Nutrition, Piracetam - 2*800/day

My comments:
I'm 19, currently a student, weigh 125 lbs. My main goals are better health and better cognition. I eat well and exercise enough.

I'm only taking 1 of 2 Now Now Adam tabs b/c of my light weight. Also, I fear the saw palmetto. Am I worrying too much? Should I take 2?

My biggest concern are the dosages I'm taking. What do you guys think?

Do RLA and ALA "do the same thing" basically?

I'm still experimenting with the huperzinA and piracetam. Not sure if they're helping.

I was thinking of taking A-GPC. But since I already take CDP choline, is this unnecessary?

It's hard to get replys here. I am fairly new to nootropics and some of the other supplements concerning the brain. I have been supplementing for 21 days now and feel great. Our posts are pretty much back to back here so you can see what I am using. Basically it's do alot of reading here and coorelate what you want to achieve via information you gleen here and basically there is alot of info on the net in general. I take alot of the advice here and thoughts on supps and then I go research it more on here and then by searching on the internet. I have some huperzine and piracetam on the way and I believe that will round out my regimine as I have hit everything I have aimed for so far except for maximizing the short term memory(which the huper is supposed to help with and piracetam to a lesser degree).

If you have particular questions it is better off to ask a poster in pm to get a response... hope this helps ..

How tall are you?
I would consider either Alive (Nature's way) or Life Force (Source Naturals) rather than an older adult based formula.
The Huperzine dose is very low thus I would suggest a higher dose (300-400 mcg).

R-lipoic acid should be around 100-300 mg daily for your age. It is far better than ALA however only AOR and Geronova Research are suitable brands.

Curious to your statement that AOR and Geronova are the only suitable brands. I mean I know you are affiliated with AOR to some extent, so is that a biased opinion, from personal usage and knowledge, or have you tested every brand out there for consistency/potency? My question isn't meant in an argumenative way, I would just like to know since I spend good hard earned money on supplements. Thanks..

I have no affiliation with any company.

I've tested several brands only AOR and Geronova tested at suitable levels. I also spoke directly with Source Naturals and confirmed their quality is not suitable for antiaging purposes. It's pointless to test every brand rather to know where the material is bought from which I do with the current brands mentioned.
