FAMILY LIFE FOUNDATION (FLF) HAS A CONCRETE PLAN

Members of the FLF have been meditating on and advocating the following idea since the 1960's:

Yesterday, Tuesday, April 15, I attended a breakfast meeting, sponsored by http://www.BarterWorld.com
BW has some very posh space at 19 Allstate Parkway--the corner of 404 and 7, Markham, Ontario.

After the breakfast, Michael--the accounts manager--spent an hour with us explaining how the system works.

By the way, the newest member of the FLF board is also an employee with BW.

The FLF is now one of the registered charities with the charity section.

Recently, in our account, we received $48,000 worth of tradeBux--a kind of usury-free currency. We plan to spend some of this getting a sound system for http://www.pathwayschurch.ca --a non-sectarian church.

BARTER is trading what you HAVE for what you NEED. Besides helping businesses help themselves to more business, BW wants to help all charities, both at home and abroad, help the have nots acquire the kind of goods and services we all need. We also want to encourage the have nots to develop barter systems--to learn how to fish for themselves.
