Full Version: New to nootropics: how does my stack look?

I am a 21-year-old student who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury in high school, which damaged my temporal and frontal lobes, in addition to my corpus callosum. In reading about the latter, I came upon an article about piracetam. I have been researching nootropics for a month or two now, and have finally accumulated what I think is a decent starter's stack. However, I would like to hear opinions (positive or negative) on my supplement choices. So, here is my daily regimen:
  • ~2800mg Piracetam (four 00-size capsules filled with 1Fast400 bulk powder, which I have read contain roughly 700mg each)
  • 1000mg Choline Bitartrate
  • 20mg Vinpocetine
  • 100mg Pregnenolone

I also take 20mg dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine), two "Super B-Complex" tablets and two multivitamins daily, but I do not qualify them as nootropics.

Any thoughts, criticisms or recommendations? Please bear in mind that I am a college student on a relatively limited budget.

Thanks for your help!
Drew

Seriously? Dexedrine is one of the most powerful nootropics available.

Addictive drugs are not nootropics.

Agreed. I take Dexedrine only because without it, I do not think I would be able to function (study) well enough to succeed in college. I have already been dismissed from one college because of my attention issues, and I will not let it happen again.
