I have done some research on the use of Piracetam when taken with caffeine (morning coffee) and found it to have no problems. I was wondering if anyone would advise otherwise?
Also have some concerns with Piracetam and the following supplements? should they be taken at different times?
Green Tea
Creatine
Vinpocetine
I also have Deprenyl (Selepryl), but have decided to stick with the Piracetam & Alpha GPC mix for now? (i have read they can be taken together if desired)?
Current Regiment
Piracetam 2400mg, 3 times a day
Alpha GPC 50%, 500mg 2 times a day
Any thoughts?
Was also wondering if body weight should be a concern when considering dosage amounts?

Generally body weight is not a major factor in nootropic dosing.
Everything looks fine.

I wanted to thank LM and others on this forum!
Question:
1. I have been taking the Piracetam and GPC for a couple of days now and I have been feeling tension in my neck and shoulder area with a mild headache? I first used Piracetam about 7 years ago (without Choline sup) with great success, and did not feel like this? Would it help to adjust the GPC or maybe try Lecithin? I have read that Choline supplements may help/effect the tension/headaches? I never had this problem before. Is my body just changing in regards to the effect of Piracetam?
2. Would it be ok to take 5htp at night to assist with sleep?

FYI
Well I decided to lower the doses of Piracetam to 1200mg 3/day. I have also made changes to my Choline supplements doses: (Alpha GPC 50%, 500mg) and (Lecithin 1200mg) each once a day.
The tension and headaches have passed. I believe this to be the optimal dose on a personal level.
