I'm wondering if there is anything out there that could help me with long term memory. It is getting hard for me to do well in college and I am afraid that maybe I damaged my brain in the past from all of the stupid decisions I made when I was younger. I've had a history of drug use and heavy drinking. I enjoy reading and learning new things but it seems like I have trouble remembering the stuff I learn. Is there anything out there that would help with my verbal fluency and motivation as well. I'm new to nootropics but I've become very interested in them. I'm looking for something to help make me feel smart like I used to be. Hoping someone can give me some advice, particularly Life Mirage, as he seems to be the most knowledgeable on the subject. Thanks in advance.

Which drugs did you use?

I've smoked a ton of weed (used to smoke every single day), used shrooms 5 or 6 times, done cocaine many times, I tried extacy twice, experimented with pills like valium, xanax, vicodin, oxycontin, adderal, ritalin, etc. I used to drink really heavily in high school and my first year of college as well. Sounds horrible typing this all out. I've basically tried mostly everything except for LSD. The things I'm most worried about looking back are the extacy and the booze. I guess I'm just wondering if there is anything that can boost my cognitive abilities and maybe lift some depression. I feel like I may suffer from some anxiety and some depression but have never been diagnosed. Any help would be appreciated.
