Hello all!
typical newb ?s here, and any help will be greatley appreciated!

background:
I'm diagnosed with bi-polatr (though a lot of it was really due to my former drug/alcohol abuse and addictions) ADD, and have a chronic pain condition (related to the muscles of my jaw and neck and upper back and their imbalances ). I also have some mathamaticaly related learning disbilities.

These present themselves as difficulty focusing on tasks, some mood swings, mental fog that comes and goes, difficulty remebering things (though I can recal details of a conversation that tokk place 10+ years ago! Go figure smile.gif ), multi-tasking abilities that are sometimes stellar and sometimes abysmal.

As such, I've started an experimental regimen:
Vinpocetine= roughly 7.5 mg twice a day
picamilon= 100mg X3 aday
phenylpiracetum= started at 100mgs, but found it to be too speedy, so I'm now taking 50mg once a day in the morning,

this is experimental for now, I plan on getting some oxiracetam, paracetum, pramiracetamm or aniracetam in march, and saving the phenylpiracetum so that I take it in a task specific way (ie i've got a big personal or work project) due to the fact that it's soon going to be impossible to purchase in the states (and I haven't figured out how to get it from Russia, yet smile.gif , as well as cost.

when I take these so far, the phenylpramiracetam and vipocetine seem to make me a bit speedy (also my palms sweat and my extremities get a bit cold, though this has always happened a bit fore me), and the picimilon seems to make me feel a bit like I'm on benzos.

Truly what I would like is for these to clear up the mental fog and help me better focus on tasks.

What are you're thoughts on:
- what I'm currently taking
-my plans to take a different racetam than phenylpramircetam
-which racetam i should try out first
-which racetam is especially good for mental fogginess
-Should I take choline with a racetam, and if so why?

Also, just so you know, my sleep also sucks, and my ability to excercise is seriosuly hampered by my pain conditions (which are in part due to muscles imbalances)

thanks guys, good luck to you all, and wish me some!
