I have very horrific symptoms and my pet scan has showed hypometabolism of both temporal lobes especially the middle temporal gyrus.
I dont have epilepsy and noone knows what i have.
Ive tried many medications from different classes and none have helped.
Does anyone know of a medication/s that can increase the perfusion-in other words make it so theres no more hypometabolism of temporal lobes?

I don't know about meds, but you could try partaking in activities which are functionally related to the temporal lobe, just like you would use a muscle. Blood flows to areas in the brain which are being utilised.

You need to get an exact diagnosis and get a 3rd or 4th opinion.
