Sorry for making another of these threads, but this seemed like the place to ask....

So, I am fairly new to nootropics and was looking to create an effective personalized regemin for myself. I'm currently taking about 2.4g of piracetam (self capped) and 3 lecithin soft gels once daily. I have taken DMAE before, but not long enough to really get any effects.

About myself- I'm currently a mechanical engineering student who is always a bit sleep deprived (not that it's hard for me to sleep, I'm just busy) and could benefit from some extra mental clearity for studying and possibly a little energy boost. I occationally use adderall for intense study nights and therefore would not need a regemin heavily based in stimulants but I wouldn't mind a little extra energy for everyday tasks. I believe I could primarily benefit from something that will help me think and focus. Also, since taking the piracetam I've noticed significant improvement in how I feel, so keeping piracetam or something similar in the regemin would work well.

I'm open to any suggestions and would appreciate any help. thanks.

I was considering a regemin of:
Pyritinol
L-Huperzine A
Oxiracetam
DMAE
Lecithin

let me know what you all think and/or help me with dose sizes

Don't use lecithin/DMAE use GPC or Centrophenoxine.

Otherwise not a bad stack.

I'm beginning to think aniracetam will suit my needs better than oxiracetam....if i substitute this should I make any additional changes?
