Hello,
I am new to nootropics and would like some advice. I am a 53 year old male in excellent physical condition. I eat healthy foods and have exercised a minimum of 3 times per week for the last 12 years. I have no health issues with the exception of a family history of heart disease. I have been on Simvastatin for 12 years and my lipid and hepatic profiles are normal. I have a ruptured disc that I treat with a remarkably effective topical product Capsaicin. I stopped all NSAIDs 6 months ago as they did nothing except ruin my gastrointestinal tract. I now manage events with the Capsaicin - like I said the effect is remarkable.
I am dyslexic and it has not kept me from achieving a measure of success as I have very detailed people working for me which allows me to work to my strengths "The Big Picture". I do not fight having to type over the word hte to get to the word "the" four or five times.
My goal is to improve my concentration and short term memory. The dyslexic workarounds have helped to establish a creative process but my concentration level is worse than poor. Here is a list of my daily nutritional regimen and any suggestions to improve concentration would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your responses.
