Hello,

I am new to nootropics and would like some advice. I am a 53 year old male in excellent physical condition. I eat healthy foods and have exercised a minimum of 3 times per week for the last 12 years. I have no health issues with the exception of a family history of heart disease. I have been on Simvastatin for 12 years and my lipid and hepatic profiles are normal. I have a ruptured disc that I treat with a remarkably effective topical product Capsaicin. I stopped all NSAIDs 6 months ago as they did nothing except ruin my gastrointestinal tract. I now manage events with the Capsaicin - like I said the effect is remarkable.

I am dyslexic and it has not kept me from achieving a measure of success as I have very detailed people working for me which allows me to work to my strengths "The Big Picture". I do not fight having to type over the word hte to get to the word "the" four or five times.

My goal is to improve my concentration and short term memory. The dyslexic workarounds have helped to establish a creative process but my concentration level is worse than poor. Here is a list of my daily nutritional regimen and any suggestions to improve concentration would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Deprynl - 1 mg
Acetyl L Carnitine 1000mg

Glucosamine
Vitamin E
Yohimbine
Hyaluronic acid
Bromalain
DHEA 100 mg
low dose aspirin
Zocor 20 mg
Cycle Tribulus every other month (AST Trioaxalon)
High Quality Fish Oil

I am planning to start Hydergine and Anacervix I would also like to thank Life Mirage for the AminoCare recommendation.

I have attached an article on successful people with Dyslexia (ADD) and how they work to their strengths. Young people should not despair you can win by working to your abilities and using spell check.

Daily
Deprynl - 1 mg
Acetyl L Carnitine 1000mg
Phenibut 500 mg I would consider Picamilon instead or just a higher dose of Theanine
Bacopa 250 mg
L Theanine 200 mg
Betaine 200 mg I assume this is TMG? If so you may want to consider 500 mg daily.
Rhodiola Rosea 150 mg
Choline Bitarate 100 mg I would use Centrophenoxine or Alpha GPC instead.
Fursultiamine100 mg
Vinopocetine 7.5 mg I would use at least 20 mg daily.
Huperzine .05 mg 100 mcg is usually the min dose used for your age 200-400 mcg may be needed
Arginine 100 mg This is a very low dose
N acetyl Cystine
COQ10 I would use reduced CoQ10 instead
ALA I would suggest R-Lipoic instead
Saw Palmetto
Milk Thistle
Pycnogenol
Reservatrol
Multi - Ocudyne ll (Nutricology)
Pro Biotic (LiveBac Olympian Labs)
Glutamine (Recoverite)
Glucosamine
Vitamin E Be sure it's high in gamma tocopherol
Yohimbine
Hyaluronic acid
Bromalain
DHEA 100 mg
low dose aspirin
Zocor 20 mg
Cycle Tribulus every other month (AST Trioaxalon)
High Quality Fish Oil

Thank you for the feedback. I made an error it should be 4 grams Arginine. I will make the recommended adjustments. Should I add the Hydergine and Anacervix?
