I started to get intersting in light&sound machines which are suppose to help their user to change
his brain wav speed in order to get into deeper modes like theta of delta (or alpha for beginnger - (: )

I wonder how good are those machine in the market today?
And what is the amont of confidence and faith you can invest on buying one of them and really believe you
are gonna achive theta or delta modes with there help?

(The machines I saw all over the internet cost like between: 100-400$)

I think you can build your own fairly simply. This is probably better because you aren't limited to the products features and can expand it for your own experiments. I think binaural beats are what your attempting with backup from a light device.
