This may sound really weird, but I suggest you study salesmanship. I have found the best way to getting what you want - when someone else stands in your way, is to sell them on giving you what you want. Read the book "Influence - The Psychology Of Persuasion."

The most effective way of getting what you want, is to make the other person think its their idea! This bypasses all of the usual reactionary emotions like pride and stubborness. How you do it is the tricky part.

Thank you for the advice, but I am actually not old enough to move out or any thing so... But also, when I get my education finished, I will be working for salesman...

Im not saying you have to be a salesman, but learning how to sell people on things can get you very far in life. For example, Steve Jobs (CEO of Apple) is such a good salesman he is said to 'temporarily distort reality'.
