I am happy about this web site. I am interested in natural ways towards better physical mental and spiritual health. I don't hold to any one religion or sect but have an inclination towards Taoism as it supports all nature and life-formed and formless. I am 20 years old and work at a fast food restaraunt. I'm not what I would consider a great man, but I believe we all have the potential to become great people. I am still wrapped up in desires of the mind and I see the people around me also suffer. I hope we can all move in a better direction towards greater harmony and human evolution.
