Mr Bananas
Oh hi! I have just recently started reading seriously about this thing called nootropics, erlier i have read som about bacopa M but i never bought anything. My first question is about the evidence that these thing work? I have seen some ambigous answers, you guys seem to use it as if it were food or something.
Question number two, is this worth while using?
LechithinKolin
Inositol
Unfortunately it does not say how much of each, but the pill contains 1200mg total.

Pill nr 2
Gingko biloba 500mg
Bacopa 150mg
Lechithin 20mg
Phosphatydine serine 10mg
L-carnitine 2mg
L-Glutamine 2mg
RNA 2mg

Over and out.

I recall reading a number of studies proving that modafinil worked. Can't recall any links, though.

Heh, "Mr Bananas".

Modafinil is not a nootropic and should be avoided by healthy people.
Hudzon
Wait, what? When did that happen?

Can you provide some reference or explanation, please?

I've read about modafinil too and thought it was a nootropic, how come it should'nt be used by healthy people?

Aside from being addictive (which automatically cancels it from being a nootropic) and a controlled drug by the DEA it does not address any of the main factors and causes of brain aging.

None of them are nootropics but they can't hurt.
