Ok i have spent like 10 minutes trying to find the new post feature in this forum, to no avail. Anyway sorry to hijack your thread, but I am a new guy here as well, this is my first post. After doing a few hours of research, I ordered the following supplements. Here are my intended dosages and dose timings. I know some things are better to split up 3x a day, but for my sanity its easier to just take everything once in the morning and again in the afternoon/evening.
Piracetam 1200mg 2xday
Prop-L-Carn 1g 2xday
ashwagandha 5% 300mg 2xday
I received these supps today, and took one dose of each at the above amount. Do you recommend taking these when i wakeup and then again during evening? Or am I supposed to take some of this at night as they can make me sleepy?
Also on its way: Choline Bitartrate (1000g) Beta-Alanine (1000 grams)
What dosages do you think are good for the BA and Choline, in regards to the rest of my supplementation.
Some important background: 5'11" 190lbs (not chubby). 22 years old, on TRT, armour thyroid, wellbutrin, pregnenolone, and dhea. (the wellbutrin isnt for depression).
also as an aside, will the ashwagandah help with my thyroid levels since im hypo? or does the exogenous T3/T4 downregulate my natural production, just like TRT does.
