I'm sure i've seen this answered here before but can't find anything via search.

Can I take this stuff daily without developing a tolerance taking a low dose? If not, how does 4 days a week sound. I'm just looking to use it as a mild relaxant or to possibly counter the jitteriness of panax ginseng at work.

I would suggest Theanine or Picamilon which do not cause tolerance or withdraw.

I was going to try picamilon but read in some other forums that it stopped working after a while for some poeple. I'll give it a go...

phenibuts tolerance builds QUICKLY.

but just as fast, the tolerance goes away.
so i would suggest if you want, take for one week and take 1 week off.

although i am not sure how or if you should taper off to prevent withdrawal symptoms.
i personally did this and didnt notice any withdrawal symptoms.

Like any compound everyones response varies. In most people it's effects are long lasting. Cycling it's use can help insure you don't get used to the effects.
