Hello! I have a question: what effect do listed below mediators have on the eeg? I mean endogenous and exogenous production of them.
-adrenaline/noradrenaline
-dophamine
-glycine
-PEA (phenylethylamine)
-serotonin
-oxytocine/vasopressine and other neuropeptides.
Maybe you can advice me some books/articles on this topic, I'll be very thankful.

EEG measures the sum of activity of postsynaptic neurons. you can have neurotransmitters that are excitatory like dopamenergic to give EPSP and inhibitory signals such as GABA, CL- that will give IPSP and the effect of activity between the rate of exictatory and inhibitory signal compensated to produce currents measured with the EEG measuring device.

EEG is not accurate in measuring brain activity since it is attached superficially, you don't get currents from cortical dendrites that are found deeper in forebrain.
