So I got banned from a forum and I want to know how to create another account without them detecting my computer or ISP.

When I try to create an account from my home connection, it won't let me because they know my ISP ID.

I created another account from the library's ISP and it worked, but then I logged on to this account at home and they detected my ISP and banned me.

Is there a way I can mask my ISP ID?

Or will I have to change accounts with my ISP, or even switch ISP's?

I suppose it makes a difference why he got banned. I assume that if it's for a good reason, he would just get banned again.

Personally, I don't think people should ever be banned from a forum. If they are obnoxious, they can just be ignored until they go away.

I got banned because I created a new user account. My previous account had warnings because of past "flaming". I called a Scientology worshiper ignorant with good reason and got warned because of this. I didn't know you couldn't create another account if your previous account had a warning.

I also think it was because one moderator didn't like me, because I exposed his ignorance.

Pretty unfair... I had many friends in that forum.

you can change your IP address by going through a proxy. There's information in this forum for how to do that.

You DO realize that even if you manage to create another account, it will be banned.

I will have to alter my personality a bit so I don't seem like my past self. If that works, it has in the past.

Scientologists deserve to be beated to the ground then defecated on. They prey on insecure and elderly people who just happen to have money to 'donate' and no family to get in the way.

It would be more plausible if LRon (sounds like something out of Battlestar Galactica) had came up with a non-sci-fi religion, as it is its just nuts to believe any of it. At least our main religions have ancient texts to prove they've been around a while and have historical correlations. It doesn't prove the content though, but it makes me less aggressive on the matter.

I have another question in the same area... Is it true that forum admins have access to our Machine Address? could they still know who the person is even if someone uses a different IP?

Level 1
This level produces a mild "stoning" effect, with some visual enhancement (i.e. brighter colours, etcetera). Some short term memory anomalies. Left/right brain communication changes causing music to sound "wider".

Level 2
Bright colors, and visuals (i.e. things start to move and breathe), some 2 dimensional patterns become apparent upon shutting eyes. Confused or reminiscent thoughts. Change of short term memory leads to continual distractive thought patterns. Vast increase in creativity becomes apparent as the natural brain filter is bypassed.

Level 3

Very obvious visuals, everything looking curved and/or warped patterns and kaleidoscopes seen on walls, faces etc. Some mild hallucinations such as rivers flowing in wood grained or "mother of pearl" surfaces. Closed eye hallucinations become 3 dimensional. There is some confusion of the senses (i.e. seeing sounds as colors, etcetera). Time distortions and "moments of eternity".

Level 4

Strong hallucinations, i.e. objects morphing into other objects. Destruction or multiple splitting of the ego. (Things start talking to you, or you find that you are feeling contradictory things simultaneously). Some loss of reality. Time becomes meaningless. Out of body experiences and e.s.p. type phenomena. Blending of the senses.

Level 5
4.33
Total loss of visual connection with reality. The senses cease to function in the normal way. Total loss of ego. Merging with space, other objects, or the universe. The loss of reality becomes so severe that it defies explanation. The earlier levels are relatively easy to explain in terms of measureable changes in perception and thought patterns. This level is different in that the actual universe within which things are normally perceived, ceases to exist! Satori enlightenment (and other such labels).
