To anyone who celebrates Passover...
Greetings and best wishes for a happy holiday. Â I think I've finally perfected my recipe for flourless, unleavened brownies. Â Yesterday, I made a batch that turned out incredibly rich and yummy. Â If you'd like to try one, just let me know...maybe I can scan and email it to you. Â

WOW Lori, you kosher chef you! COOL! The best thing i can make are Matzah Balls! We have a family recipe, and they are NOT light and airy, but firm! Thats how my family likes em! Also, potato latkes, but they take much effort to make, as I grate the potatoes by hand, not in the blender or processor...TORTURE I tell you!
