Hurricanes Dean, Felix, Gabrielle etc.
I just want to know WHO is the idiot in US who gives to the Hurricanes those names?
Who exactly makes the choice? Any ideas?

Random names in alphabetical order?
I read somewhere lately that the names are on rotation, but I have no idea how many names are on the list. So in the future we will have another hurricane Katrina, Felix, Dean. I think hurricanes have to be classified over a certain threat level before they recieve a name.

One thing is clear: there is no reliable info about the names choosing schemes.
