For an all-in-one product, I think Windmill's "Focus Formula" is helpful. It's available from a number of online sources. You may also be able to find it at your local GNC. It's under $15 for 30 doses.
It's nothing miraculous, but I think it helps to some degree. Here's the ingredients, (which won't format properly for me):

I was diagnosed with ADD in elementary school. Granted for some people this may seem like a real condition, but to me it is a lack of will power and self discipline. I flunked my way through school and barely managed to graduate high school, using ADD as a crutch the whole way through. By the time I was 19 I was already tired of working labor and low respect jobs, so I decided to go to school. I have managed to maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher and still work a full time job. I still have my problems when it comes to concentration and completing tasks, but I believe it is because my mind is lazy. My condition is improving all of the time. If you want to rely on pills to fix your imbalance or whatever the doctors tell you is wrong with you, then give it a try. Some hard concentration and self control might help though.
I was also diagnosed with bipolar and the psychologist immediately put me on meds. These meds only numbed me enough to not feel anything at all, or extremely tired of all of the time. I cannot stress my opinion enough, if you can learn to understand your mind completely and what it is that makes you perform the way you do. These conditions can be controlled!

true that, i agree with discordia, however sometimes people lack the will period to do anything if its hard.

You may find Lithium Orotate and pure EPA to be of benefit.

Discordia, I second you regarding the psych meds.
I was on heavy doses of serzone, topomax, zyprexa, etc...
the weird thing was, in my case, the serzone ended up making me more manic, but my Dr. refused to take me off of them, and, I'm ashamed to admit, I was too scared to 'disobey' authority back then (plus, I was scared I would get locked-up) and was in ahorrible mental state that seriosuly effected my mood and critical thinking ability...
All the psych-meds did for me, i feel, did for me was numb my mind, but given my state that wasn't such a bad thing.
. I was serioulsy manic/depressed for a while, but i think it was primarilly cause at the time I was using TONS of drugs and alcohol. That said, I was always very moody before. HAven't abused drugs for 4yrs, and stopped taking the ridiculous amount of psych meds 2.8 years ago (i'm on a super small dose of lamictal, don't know what it does, but if it aint broke, don't fix it)
I feel the mental fog I now occasionaly deal with might have been more a result of the psychmeds than the drugs of a abuse. Just cause something is legal and precribed for a specific ailment (especially a psyche one) doesn't mean it's safe.
As for add symptoms, i was previously taking amphetamines (legally prescribed) for a LONG time, and determined that in my specific case, they made things worse for me.
I was extremly irritable and anxious all the time, w an even lower frustration tolerance than i naturally have.
when I stopped taking them, things got much better for me. once again I'll re-iterate that that was MY expierience, so I'm not making any grand statements about amphetamines and ADD.
and Molitor:
thanks for the focus formula info.
I've started (two days ago) an experimental regimen of Vinpocetine, picamilon, and Phenylpramiracetam (which I'm going to replace with a less 'hardcore racetam).
I'm going to see if it works after a while, as i've heard some of the nootropics effects take tuime to show.
That said though, this stuff is expensive! So if things don't pan out as I'd like, i think I'll try out the focus formula, as it is much cheaper!
Thanks!
