Those effects can be too complicated to discern one from another.
Besides I think that few can research this topic in a safe way.

One can observe Consciousness Singularity effects very easily, but they are very frightening in applications.

To bring a cluster of people to quasi Consciousness Singularity state one or a group of people should generate some keys. If those keys are wrongly selected, then that may endanger the freedom of will of the entire cluster. Besides that, the keys can mutate in time.
So the clusters may come out of 'control'.

Please consider the German case: they used swastika as the key image, the cybernetic circle was formed by the key dark 'knights' Hitler, Himmler, (H)Goering, Hebels+other 8 from SS. Eva Brown provided alchemical marriage effect – EHVA – E(Hitler)VA Brown, so the Name and the dark Grail locked in the circle (round table). The Key was working for some period of time very well and they got total control over Germany and unprecedented mobilization of human resources ever known, but then it came out of control, the Abraxas effect was underestimated, the monster came out of control the Consciousness Singularity among some German cluster was reached but worked in quite other direction. And mankind faced serious destruction.
Besides the Emerald Language of Sir Winston Churchill could crush the entire power of that cluster.

The same things may happen with the well known world logos: Coca-cola, Mona-Lisa portrait, 9-11 symbol etc. It is like Golden Bull effect. Idol effect from point of view of generating Consciousness Singularity. To overcome the Babylon Tower effect, a very serious Wisdom should be applied: to push mankind to new level of world perception and to guarantee safety at the same time. This is a problem of gross importance in our days!

One cannot stop the globalization. The keys propagate with the Globalization process. E.g. one can find Coca-cola symbol everywhere, David Backham sexy outlook with his number 23 shirt and tattoos everywhere, etc. The spice of our world in variety, no variety means no diversity, no diversity means no colors, no colors means no beauty... etc. No variety = no evolution!

Immortality point is a quite specific point.
In Egypt they were writing names on walls and it was supposed to have the same effect, when light was dropping its rays on them or at faces of statutes.

Following that logic Newton ordered to take off all portraits of Robert Hooke from the walls of the Royal society building, possibly to avoid noisy reproaches of our dear Robert etc. The Jewish approach of regenerating the entire nation in human bodies is based on quite other technique.

Immortality through Consciousness Singularity may describe the old theories via new scientific ontology. But it may turn so that this new scientific terminology will help to disclose things nobody ever could imagine before in the subject of immortality.
Certainly it will be nice to have immortal scholarship in the Invisible College.
Who knows, if one invents a house in his imagination in full details and imparts that dreamy wonder house to his friends, then eventually such a house may appear there... just like the Baker Street. And the members of that house will dwell with those who like to dream the architecture and superposition of the rooms, and bookshelves of that house like the Page Master. From that point of view all the kids must know that possibly, theoretically the free fairy tails’ tellers of the guild of doughnut trismegistus are the most powerful persons in this universe. The books we read, the storied we tell to each other, the buildings we see and dream out, the paintings we paint, and paintings we admire construct the upper house we are going to live in for eternity.
That is why preservation of clarity of images, clarity of tales, purity of human imagination helps to inter paradise.
