Ok, can't find this anywhere--

for absorbtion and transport purposes,

with or without food?

does glucose or such facilitate, impede (or neutral) cellular transport? (example, creatine monohydrate is transport facilitated with sugar)

If using a transport vehicle (water, orange juice, milk, etc.) then does pH matter one way or the other?

If one were to use water, would sub-lingually work better than swallowing?

I'm confident we can rule out IV, SubQ, or by gosh, inhalation...

Oh, and this isn't really a trial and error question...
