Hello all, newbie here, i have a couple questions if someone can help me out. I just started using phenibut with L-theanine as just a relaxing tool. I have been searching for contraindications, or any other potentially harmful effects these might have on the body.My searches so far have been fruitless. I've only used these supplements 4 times, and from what ive already read here think im going to refrain until i get further information. Is there an "online herbal guide" with information similar in context to that of a standard PDR?
Just off the top, im concerned about any hepatic, or kidney damage as a result of its use. I currently work in a very hot environment (120-140+degrees)and im also concerned with any secondary thermogenic, or blood thinning properties they might induce, as I can afford neither. Any info or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently working in the lovely, resort country of Iraq. Where its Hot,..hot,..umm hot, sunny, blue skies, and a 90% chance of rockets, mortars, or stray bullets being sent our way LOL.
Wearing an extra 80lbs of gear, even with adequate hydration, you still run the risk of becoming a heat casualty.Hence my referral to the secondary thermogenic effects, and the blood thinning properties goes in regards to the obvious. Some of the locals dont play well with others..haha.
