Obviously you must have some kind of achievement in terms of self-accomplishment first; which you do, from your posts of old (I remember). You also seem to posses a motivation to help others because you know you can make a difference. So, to put it in an artist's perspective, you already have the content, all you need is the form; the gravy part. That one is easy to get through the process of skill acquisition. You must find a way, through study, to project to your future audience that one thing in your mind that has you convinced that you can make a difference in the world. There are probably tons of books and websites about this subject. Start working on your oratory skills (which you'll need to hone in on) by using your friends and family as an audience. And keep asking for help in the meantime. Eventually you'll run into people who'll hook you up to websites and blogs full of tips on the subject. Maybe even someone here might know of a website or two that may help you.

Thank you guys alot. I've always thught this kind of thing was kind of cool. And then I took a speech class and I did a speech on my personal drug history and my teacher was said that I could use that for a motivational speech like at shcools and stuff...

I was pretty happy, but it was then that I really looked into doing that
