Hi,

I am 31 years old and I've had enough time in my life to do some damage to my brain. I'm interested in restoration as well as enhancement of my overall cognitive functioning. I am not interested in short-term "wow" effects that have no long-lasting regenerative or enhancement value.

After reading around for a while, I've come up with the following:

Aniracetam, 750mg x 2 per day
Hydergine, 4.5mg x 1 per day
Alpha GPC, 300mg x 2 per day
AOR Ortho-Core (MultiVitamin-Mineral-Phytochemical)
Life Extension Mix (Vegetable-Fruit-Herbal extracts)

I'd like to start out with a conservative approach that is balanced and makes sense. I can always add on later. I'm pretty sure that the compounds that I've chosen here are appropriate, but I'm a little unsure on the specifics of the dosage.

Would you recommend adding (or taking away) anything at all?

Thank you very much!

PS. How does Aniracetam compare to Piracetam?

Looks like a good start for now. Try that for 3 months then considering changing it from there based on your feedback.

Aniracetam is slighty more potent in certain areas, however Piracetam is far better studied.

I've done a bit more studying and have revised my stack.

Piracetam 800 mg x 2
Hydergine 4.5 mg x 2
Alpha GPCholine 300 mg x 2

I just purchased a 2 month supply from Unique Nutrition. I'll be sure to update this post with how it worked out for me.
