How "strong" is a thought? Would the inverse square law be an insurmountable obstacle for any chance of useful telepathy?

A thought has its own unique vibration, a bit like a musical chord, I think the level of effort you put into a thought and the amount of people creating the same vibration IE thinking the same thing determines its power.. When and how you add phisical action determines the result..
