Better to wonder than to find out
Anticipation is greater than
Realization she teased at me
I sniffed at this with impatient doubt
Being a very curious man

How right she was and how worth the wait

Waiting for the moment to arrive
Needing her then but loving her more
For making me glad to be alive
With something beautiful to expect
Love dreaming sweeter for waking late

Who knew what she was talking about
