On the wings
of a gentle breeze
Life whispered
revealed secrets
with quivering lips

i fed her a dictionary
she gobbled
gulped and choked
then she belched
The foulness
of hundred million
meaningless words
lingered
Contaminated
all of life

i said I did not understand
why words are so grand
why its difficult to believe
why no one cares for my grieve
why my tears are wet
why good thoughts I forget.
i said i studied all i could
i really try to be good
i asked her to explain
the state of my brain.

She laughed at me
Her eyes filled with glee
No words were needed
With my own eyes I could see it.

My brain
is inflame’
contaminated
sophisticated
stuck on tradition
feeding contrition
Drowning in seas of data and fact
of corrupt politicians no lack
pornography and vituperation
a dead child found by a station
Sarcasm dished up as humour
we cringe at another rumour
of companies going bankrupt
ceo’s and consumers glut
Speed, coke and cat
the death of another brat
murder, guts and blood
here comes another flood.

On the wings
of a gentle breeze
Life whispers …
Revealing her secrets
with quivering lips …

culture,

an excellent piece…..meaningful…chilling….. great visuals and a poignant message…

i am reminded of HAL 9000. the super computer in a space odyssey…… a conversation with life…

demented and insane, laughing, drowning in seas of data and fact…..

a life infected and out of control………………….

with mine own eyes I could see it……brilliant!
