The physical questions were of little relevance to me (nervous, shaky, sweaty etc.), but it described my mental and personality problems incredibly well. I've found through scraps of information the best ways to combat a GABA deficiency are Bacopa, Theanine, GABA and Phenibut. This however, was through many unconnected, random bits of material.
Could anyone walk me through a GABA deficiency, it's implications, and possible remedies?
