Like a pawn
In the grip of a super power
And a dare devil
Acted against all human norms
With all modern war equipment

Today you were tried
By his stooges
And was awarded the
Capital punishment
And was hanged till death

Yet my heart ,mind and soul
Advise me to keep restraint
Thousands of pens
Decried the punishment in words
And millions staged valiant protests
I am sorry
I can’t join them deceiving my
Consciousness
Just to fall in line with them
To praise you
Oh! the departed soul!
