I'm looking for ways to alter my metabolism so as to prevent muscle catabolism, inhibit glycolysis, and favor lypolysis.
Currently, I'm using the following supplements:
Glutamine -inhibits muscle catabolism
BCAAs - inhibits muscle catabolism
Sodium Citrate - Inhibits glycolysis
Caffeine - increases lypolysis
General Supplement and (occasionally cycling) creatine
Diet
I eat 7-8 times a day to maintain stable insulin levels.
I rarely eat refined sugar products (only before studying/taking a test to improve cognition)
I eat a substantial amount of protein in hopes that my body will favor burning it over my muscle
I drink large quantities of water (the body will store fat to produce water if dehydrated)
Am I missing anything?
Can any of you recommend other supplements or dietary habits?
