Magical Morning

Something about this sparkling weather
Makes it difficult to be depressed
Out here walking I wonder whether
Anyone could fail to be impressed
Encountering nature's heartfelt kiss

All I can say is it suits me fine
Here in February to be dressed
Up in a deep sense of the divine
On a magical morning like this

I try to tread lightly on the grass
Eating no meat wearing no leather
Hoping the kiss might more freely pass
Between ultimate reality
And such reality as is mine
But let everyone live as they please

Out here walking I wonder whether
Anyone could fail to be impressed
Especially on mornings like these
Something about this sparkling weather
Makes it difficult to be depressed
Dressed up in a deep sense of the divine

All I can say is it suits me fine
