Full Version: Anyone a wizard with improving photo images?

I have a couple of photos i took on my phone i really want to enhance to a better quality but i am not very into any programs available and dont know where to start really either other than the anti red eye option at the local asda if you are a wiz at improving a photo to a quality that is worth printing off please let me know i have a lovely pic from over xmas of my family and frustrated i cant turn it into a masterpiece for the top of the mantlepiece

Of course Adobe Photoshop is king, however for a ease of use and free program download Picasa, It can sharpen images, helps with blur and has options like sepia/tint/black and white etc.
