Hello!!
My quastion is, how does funktion the brain in night, when a man is awake. I supose the brain stroms go in the low alfa, or the theta waves, becouse of the lack of light, but how are working the particular parts of the brain, maybe someone can tell more details.

are you asking about the stages of sleep?

No, Im mean, how works the brain in the night when a man is fully awake, not sleeping. Something must change for example the brain oscillation, but thats all I supose...

It is a great secret and we will not reveal it to you. Do you understand me “Lukas”? Even do not try.

Cruel...simply cruel.

An awake man lying on his bed at night is likely to be experiencing Alpha or Beta brain patterns.

Actually, I'm no expert, but brain activity and chemistry is controlled by a lot more than light. It's not simply darkness or "night" that makes someone exhibit any specific brain pattern. It's influenced by hundreds of other factors. Bodily hormones/chemicals, habitual patterns, thoughts, etc...

You see, brainwaves are just measurable patterns. It's kinda like your heartrate (a brainrate if you will). If your heartrate is 140 bpm, you're probably jogging. But you're not necessarily jogging because your heart rate is 140 bpm. It's likely the same way with the brain. You're not sleeping because your brain is registering Theta waves. Theta waves are more likely a result of the sleep.

(Again, nobody can determine cause and effect of brain electrochemistry total certainty yet. )

And also, I'm going to assume your are either bilingual or very young. In either case, kudos to you.
I envy you if you are bilingual. (Fluency aside)

It is just and reasonable.

Besides he means quite other thing than you are mentioning.

It is a great secret and nobody will discuss it here openly. Believe me!
