Hey Hey
Slowly

As slowly as the travelling sky
And lucid as the one on high
I see the ever in your thought
The quantity to grasp as ought
This rate allows the space between
Materialise, at last be seen
With sounds and sights, all sensory
Imagination, understanding, free
Insignificant and overwhelming, now
Are illuminated, visualised somehow
No need for breath’s vitality
Gone, hunger for mortality

And so the dream consumes the light*
Then everything steps into night

*Alternative ending:

And so the dream consumes the night
Then everything steps into light
