A very random question... I recently heard it opined that, with regard to lovers, "Once you've had fat, you never go back."

I was intrigued.

Does anyone have the requisite experience to verify this?

Only the experience that if a person has a problem with their image, then they work harder at satisfying their partners - at least short term.

Personally fat doesn't bother me, its when the phone rings and a bookmark is required to get back to business that it becomes repulsive.

First of all, that's a little offensive, but i'll get past it. And just becasu ur fat doesn't mean you work harder to mke ur partner more satisfied. It's like saying once you go black you never go back. it has nothing to do with size color or shape its the skill of your partner and whether or not they work to satisfy you.

Second, I don't understand the bookmark comment?

I don't feel that my comment was offensive, its fairly common knowledge that the strongest relationships occur when both partners are equally satisfied, and this comes down to weight/wealth/beauty/security.
