There is no evidence of time travel. We should work with what we've got to explain phenomena rather than try to close arguments prematurely. But then, I'm a fan of Einstein ... perhaps someone could help me make up my mind. I rest my case ...

Think Like Einstein
by Rick Groleau

Ever since Einstein revealed his special theory of relativity, we've known that time travel—at least moving forward through time—is possible. Einstein didn't pull this theory, or even the notion that time travel is possible, out of thin air. Rather, he took the knowledge of the day, saw an inconsistency—a piece of a puzzle that didn't fit, so to speak—and thought about possible explanation.

I mentioned evidence. Did I miss something?

Apparently you did miss something, when you mentioned Einstein.

So there is some evidence for time travel? Please provide the reference.

A NEW STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS
I like what Eckhart Tolle calls a transforming and a new state of consciousness that is arising in all of us.

At this level of attention and consciousness things, physical, mental and spiritual, are no longer problematic, they are transformative.

Mr. Eckhart Tolle has quite interesting name and surname. Bursts curious associations.

Read Einsteins theory of special relativity. It is too long to post here.

I read it ... no evidence.

I mixed posts.

Einstein described time dilation, not time travel. A space traveler going at relativistic speed would see time going by faster than those relatively at rest to him.

Every day we "travel" through time, but in a forward direction only. Reverse time travel is clearly impossible.

It will be more correct to say that openly published contemporary scientific theories do not support suppositions about travels in time.

So from point of view of the openly published contemporary scientific theories the reverse time travel is clearly impossible.
Hey Hey
So now back to topic?

If I were to return to topic voluntarily, would that be a demonstration of the antithesis?

I definitely am out of my league when dealing with pure science and mathematics. Despite this, I have a hunch that time can move forward, slow down, stand still and run backwards. Einstein showed us that space/time are "relative" along with mass and energy. He gave us the theory that allows for time to slow down as the speed of light is approached and for the same to occur in black holes due to immense gravity.

My guess is that it is "possible," I did not say likely, that the speed of light is not the top speed in the Universe/Universes, and that when something goes faster than the speed of light that time will flow backwards. Please excuse my ignorance in suggesting this.

So free will allows you to think irrationally..this says so much more about your claims to narrow thinking within boundaries of physical sciences that are projected from knowledge rather than Omniscience.
Perhaps then you could accept humanity in its potential rather than its limitation?
