Alright, so we were just on tour with this kid Kyle Riabko, and he was telling me that he gets asthma attacks (primarily when he is getting sick but not exclusively). Do you guys have any suggestions on ways to cut back the frequencies of such onsets. Keep in mind supplementing on the road can be tough, so I'm trying to figure out a good way to keep him healthy with little effort. I was thinking maybe a good EPA/DHA, Ortho-Core, and make sure he is getting enough and a full array of B-vitamins and vitamin C. As for when colds are onsetting, I really have no idea what a good path to take would be... Would pseudoephedrine help to relieve some of the onset? I know Sudafed makes a 12 hr decongestant with I think 120mg of pseudoephedrine. If an attack still came would there be any sort of side effects from mixing with his inhaler? I really know nothing about any of this stuff, so any input you guys have would be much appreciated~

Thanks,

Fish oil and vitamin supplement seem to be a good idea, but as for the dcongestants, I see no point in going overboard with drugs, why not just use the inhaler for when an attack occurs?

That's what I told him, but he is set on not having the attacks in the first place~ That and the fact that he has to play shows and if he gets an attack durring his set it is just no good.
