I have bought some powder ALC but would like to know the dose. Ont the bottle, it says 1 serving is 750mg but I don't have a scale... What is 750mg of ALC on a teaspoon? THank you.
it's prob about a rounded teaspoon. Take on an empty stomach with water at least 30 mins before eating.
Is it only ALC that needs to be taken on an empty stomach or all powders need that?

This depends on the manner in which the substance is metabolized.

1/2 Teaspoon is roughly 1.2 Grams of ALC.
Is this the same as Alcar or does the "N" indicate a different compound? If so, what is the difference?

It is the same. The 'n' indicates the 'normal' isomer, unless my organic has become shamefully rusty.
