I was wondering if Vitamin C could mess up other supplements and Nootropics due to it's extreme acidity when taken together? Is it really useful? Is it better to take chewable-500mg pills of 1000mg swallowing pills? What's the best dosage per day? Thanks

The acidity should not have an effect on most nootropics. 1-2 grams daily ideally of different forms is my suggestion.

Avoid chewable C like the plague. It will dissolve your tooth enamel.

Would taking a Rolaid Anti-Acid (Calcium-Magnesium) would counter the extreme stomach acidity from Vitamin C without cancelling/messing up Vit-C's wanted actions?

Delayed release is fine. A rolaids will not do much about the tooth enamel problem. Just swallow whole the chewables and buy a better type next time.

Forget the tooth enamel problem... I was talking about heartburns due do Vit-C's extreme acidity... Would a Rolaid help this without messing up Vit-C's wanted effects?
