Iccha Shakti, or Divine Will, is the Impulse behind Creation. In the Cosmic usage, Iccha is one of the three primal and all-pervading Shaktis, the other two being Jnana (Knowledge) and Kriya (Action).

The three Shaktis make up the Accomplishment Triad: Will-Knowledge-Action.

I mean just to prove that i have some degree of free will - i can swing my arm up and down all day until i am tired or for example meditate until i die or something. It has been done before.

That is no proof of free will at all, but quite the contrary...
