I am starting a nootropic regimen
I have :
Piracetam
Pyritinol
Idebenone
Centrophenoxine
5-HTP
L-Tyrosine
Vinpocetine
GABA
Acetyl-L Carnitine
I'm thinking about adding SAMe, Modafinil (occasionally), Deprenyl and maybe Desmopressin (very occasionally)...
What are dosages and at what times should I take it? I am about 150 lbs and 5'9 and diagnosed with ADD. I'm pretty healthy and workout 4 days/week by my brain is kind of *damaged?* because of recreational drug use...
Would it worth adding SAMe, Modafinil, Deprenyl and maybe Desmopressin (very occasionally)?
Is there any risk of taking too much nootropics (kidney, liver, stomach problems??)
Is there any heavy risk considering I take ADD medication (Adderall, amphetamine salts and isomers)... I don't really use it everyday (mostly because of nasty side-effects) but only when a lot of work is needed to be done...
Anything I should remove/add??
Thanks!

Avoid GABA it's almost worthless in my opinion.

Modafinil I would avoid.

Twice a day. Morning and lunch.

All except the Modafinil.

Unless you have these issues already, there is little serious risk.

Nootropics should work better (at the least safer) than adderall.

What about the dosages? Do I take with breakfast in the morning or immediatly after waking up?
Would it be useful to add a Choline precursor like Alpha-GPC because I heard Piracetam deplete Choline and was wondering if Centrophenoxine was enough to counter this alone?

Dark, I would try those one at a time and see how you do with them before going to the next. Some people recommend the "attack" dose of piracetam but I started with 1.2gm a day and that was plenty. I've since cut back to about .5gm a day. Centro I found very stimulating as well as Alcar. Pyritinol and aldebenone may have strong effects too, that's why I say try them one at a time. Gaba is a mild calming influence, vinpocetine is a mild vasodilator and 5htp has a calming influence and helps mood. You may not need all those things.

I agree with most of your statements (both observational and recommendations) xanadu. Starting out at the lowest doses and working up is good in principal, just remember to be patience as it may take up to a month for noticeable effects to kick in. While none of those supplements are directly overlapping each other, your personal regimen ultimately depends on your goals.

Well I'm a college students so it's for improving my concentration/alertness, memory while being able to party still and expand my conscioussness with psychedelics while reducing the brain damage... And since I have ADD and tired of Adderall those sounds great ! I'm also suffering occasional mild depression and axietey + sleep problems ... Should I add Hydergine?

While none of those supplements are directly overlapping each other, your personal regimen ultimately depends on your goals. Good point about having patience for the effects to kick in. That's particularly true of piracetam, fish oil and a few others. Many people expect instant results and when they don't get them, they say it didn't work.
Dark, I would take a look at my diet if I were you. A good diet lays the foundation. Without that, trying to build a superstructure is a waste of time. Then, get a good multi and then think about supplements. Many people try a big stack all at once and if it doesn't work or if they get bad side effects, they don't know what caused it. That's why I suggested trying things one at a time or two at a time at most.

I actually eat pretty well + workout 4 days/week and currently take :
Magnesium complex
Vitamin-C (sometimes, I've stopped it for some time since I had stomach burns associated to it's use)
Ginkgo Biloba
Creatine Monohydrate (3-4g after working out)
Garlic
Full Multimineral and Mutilvitamins
Vitamin-B complex
Omega-3 complex (triple fish oil)
Green Tea extract
Total Energy from Jamieson (natural source formulation of bee pollen, ginseng, royal jelly, wheat grass and kola nut)
Since you guys seems to know what your talking about what would you consider the most useful to add to my regimen (1 is the most, 6 the less)
Deprenyl
SAMe
Propanolol (since I suffer mild social phobia)
Phenibut
Hydergine
Procaine
Thanks you !!!

You're too young for deprenyl and it would not be a good idea with your med's.
Hydergine and rare use of phenibut should be fine.

Procaine is not. Propanolol would be helpful when used only as needed. SAMe I don't see benefiting you much.
