There are many greeting in english- hi, hello, salutations ect. Do you guys know any other ways to greet someone?

In urban America you say: "peace" meaning Hi. Check that and other very interesting urban lexicon samples here: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=peace (look for definition # 10)
