Since we know that the brain is plastic, is there any way for us to intentionally divert neural activity from one area of the brain to another?

Yes, it is possible, by mental concentration you can make synapsis occure in another area of the brain. It's just a question of technic and practice.

Ok, I understand that this is possible with EEG, I suppose. maybe that is what you mean by technique and practice.

I guess I am looking for examples of more specific and definite results. For example, the recovery of an Alzheimer's patient or something.
