Yes, it is possible, by mental concentration you can make synapsis occure in another area of the brain. It's just a question of technic and practice.
Ok, I understand that this is possible with EEG, I suppose. maybe that is what you mean by technique and practice.
I guess I am looking for examples of more specific and definite results. For example, the recovery of an Alzheimer's patient or something.
