Recently, I was introduced to the idea of NLP. I tried to figure it to myself what this is but I really can't get to know what actually it is and what do they teach at NLP sessions. Has anyone of you tried it and would like to share your experience?

Ive done NLP, so has Lucid and I think Lindsay has looked into it as well. There are a few good topics on this already, do a search through the forum and you should find some great resources.
