Hi !
I'm relatively new to this but i've read a lot on immnst (whatever) and on this side as well. I've been looking for enhancers in order to be able to study better at university(longer attention span and visualising better abstract subjects) and also to be a very good multi-tasker (memory enhancements) since I'm a firm beleiver that hard and smart work will provide you anything in life. I like to mood uplifting effect of noots but it's not my main goal. So my main goal is to have more clarity and speed of thought. Here is what I'm taking and you can also see my concerns in Bold
I've tried Piracetam but I find it makes me dull and tired at the end of the day. I even tried it with Lecithin (choline) but I saw no major improvements besides my eyes being very beautiful....really, my eyes turn bright blue on this stuff). I love the creativity effect though. I stopped taking it because I'm afraid of cell auto-canibalism(I think this is when you run out of choline) .... Anyone has info on this ? Does your neuro receptors / receptors become weaker or LAZY when you stop taking piracetam ?
Vinpocetine is very good, I love the subtle clarity effect, but I only use it when i need to study. I know it's a vasodilator and that blood flow increases but that's all I know. What are the risks of taking vasodilatiors ? Can my circulatory system stay dilated and loose elasticity because of this ?
L-Tyrosine seems good, I've tried it with nothing else and uplifts my mood a bit but not shure if this is really a noot... how important is it for mental clarity and how bad can it be if I supplement my body everyday with it?
Finally I've discovered supplements that protect your brain. Here they are and here are my questions
- Grape seed extracts (phytolipid) 100mg ( to protect from free radz. This helps my hair growth by the way)
- Co Q10 80mg ( I beleive it's antioxydant and helps with ATP transportation or energy production... If I take this every day for a long period of time, Am I messing my mithochondrias ??? I want to take care of my mithocondz... but on the other hand, i'm afraid to mess with what is giving me my precious energy!!!!
- Lecithin (should I take this when I'm not on piracetam ? )
- Omega 3 (I guess this is just healthy)
so that's if for the products I know about...
I could take all of this in a stack but I'm shure I would be a different person(people would think i'm on drugs) . Do you think that if I stack this i would see a difference in mental clarity on a long term base ?
last question: Do Nootropic (piracetam and vinpocetine) have long term effect or do you have to take them all the time to have those edges ?
I'm shure this will help answer a lot of questions from many readers
thanks !
